Would you like to get the most out of your best workers? What if you could harness the under-utilised capacity of 20% of your workforce?
Do you recognise that people are your organisation's greatest strength, and you want to support them to be their best?
Do you want more effective teams and a more productive workplace?
Have you done work on well-being, team communication and cohesiveness, or maybe personality types and different ways of working - but something is still missing?
Are there people in your team/organisation who you can see are made for more, but aren't using their real gifts? People who have far greater capacity and potential, who are just getting by?
Do you want to better help your people to fully use their strengths?
Why Highly Sensitive people?
Every workplace needs a team working at their best. Highly Sensitive team members are among your most valuable assets, but often work in environments which make it difficult for them to flourish. By harnessing the power of their gifts, your organisation can gain the edge it needs for greater success.
I help organisations discover the unique & valuable gifts of Highly Sensitive people, and guide them in creating workplaces where they can thrive and use those gifts consistently.
I focus specifically on the well-being and performance of one group of people - the 1 in 5 who have a Highly Sensitive temperament. This group has more influence on the success of organisations than their numbers suggest. They are the 'secret sauce' in your workplace that no one knows about - and their potential is being under-utilised.
Not only this, but not knowing who they are, or their gifts, needs, and potential influence, is costing you. Because if this group is not thriving, they're languishing - and the consequences of that are already having an effect.
I can illuminate who these people are within your workplace, and give you the tools to harness their gifts, so your 'secret sauce' can work its wonders.
Highly Sensitive people are 'intuitive visionaries, able to see the big picture, creative, aware of and thoughtful to the needs of others, good influences on the social climate, vigilant with quality, highly conscientious, loyal, able to pick up on subtleties in the environment and in interpersonal communications, and are often gifted. In short, they are ideal employees'
(Elaine Aron, The Highly Sensitive Person, 1991).
Who doesn't want such people on their team?!
You could have a workplace where Highly Responsive people are thriving, able to give their best, with greater productivity and effectiveness for everyone. Do you have the right conditions, physical and otherwise, in your workplace for the Responsive people on your team to thrive?
High Sensitivity describes a temperament shared by around 20% of people (1 in 5) and many animal species. Highly Sensitive people are very responsive to their environment. They are aware of subtleties and take in much more than others through their senses, then process this information deeply.
People with this temperament are an important part of a healthy population, because they demonstrate valuable gifts which enhance a society's success. These include a high degree of:
conscientiousness
insight
creativity
wisdom
They are skilled at:
seeing connections
noticing dangers & opportunities
understanding others.
Because the term Highly Sensitive tends to be misunderstood, and the word sensitive has some negative connotations, I also use the following terms interchangeably:
(Highly) Responsive(used by biologists)
High Sensory Intelligence / Highly Sensory Intelligent (coined by Willow MacIntosh of Inluminance).
